Enhance User Experience with Gravity Forms Partial Entries
Gravity Forms Partial Entries helps prevent form abandonment by automatically saving user input as they fill out a form. If a visitor leaves the page before submitting, their entered data is securely stored, allowing them to resume later without losing progress.
Once activated, a new « Partial Entries » setting appears in each form’s options, giving you control over which forms save draft entries. You can customize messages to inform users that their data is being saved in real-time, encouraging completion.
This feature supports conditional logic, meaning partial saves occur only when specific conditions are met—such as user approval via a checkbox—ensuring compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR.
Note: The add-on requires the Gravity Forms plugin to function properly, providing an essential tool for improving form completion rates and enhancing user satisfaction.
