Enhance User Experience with Gravity Forms Partial Entries
Gravity Forms Partial Entries helps prevent form abandonment by automatically saving user input as they fill out a form. If a visitor leaves the page before submitting, their entered data is securely stored, allowing them to resume later without losing progress.
Once activated, a new “Partial Entries” setting appears in each form’s options, giving you control over which forms save draft entries. You can customize messages to inform users that their data is being saved in real-time, encouraging completion.
This feature supports conditional logic, meaning partial saves occur only when specific conditions are met—such as user approval via a checkbox—ensuring compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR.
Note: The add-on requires the Gravity Forms plugin to function properly, providing an essential tool for improving form completion rates and enhancing user satisfaction.
